Job Title: Strategic Planning Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading planning efforts and ensuring seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decisions, optimizing business outcomes and driving growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in project planning and management, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
  • Experience with risk management, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Fluent English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
