About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality padel coaching sessions, developing engaging training programs, and promoting padel as a leisure and fitness activity.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coach guests and members at various levels, providing personalized feedback and guidance.
  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to individual needs and skill levels.
  • Organize social events, tournaments, and padel clinics to promote guest engagement and participation.
  • Maintain the padel court and equipment, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a padel coach or a professional background in padel.
  • Certification in padel coaching from a recognized sports association (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of padel techniques, rules, and game strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage guests of all skill levels.
