Job Title: Spa, Fitness, and Wellness Manager

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to oversee the daily operation of our spa, fitness, and wellness facilities.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise and passion to contribute to sales and marketing plans and programs, attend weekly sales and marketing meetings, enforce Hotel and Spa's Standard Policy and Procedures and Core Standards, review employees' job descriptions, conduct quarterly staff reviews, monitor standard checklists, conduct daily staff briefings, coordinate with other departments, assist with journalists and photo shoots, and maintain daily basic spa operations accounting procedures.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of spa, fitness, and wellness facilities, designing and delivering innovative wellness programs, and curating unique, signature wellness experiences that reflect the resort's identity and appeal to guest demographics.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of spa, fitness, and wellness facilities.
  • Design and deliver innovative wellness programs, including yoga, meditation, aqua fitness, nutritional workshops, and customized wellness packages.
  • Curate unique, signature wellness experiences that reflect the resort's identity and appeal to guest demographics.
  • Provide personalized wellness consultations and orientation sessions to enhance guest engagement.

The requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Strong computer literacy and excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand guest needs independently.
  • Clear verbal and written communication in English is essential.
  • Capable of conducting personal training sessions and creating membership programs.
