The Sales and Revenue Growth Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth, analyzing sales data to identify consumer behaviors and sales trends, and tracking and monitoring the achievement of sales targets. Additionally, this role involves setting and agreeing individual goals for direct reports and evaluating their performance.
