**Project Administration Manager**

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, with 2-4 years of experience in document control or project administration. Familiarity with document control systems is an advantage.

  • Familiarize yourself with document control systems and implement them accordingly.
  • Manage project documentation and provide administrative support to the project team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, site access permissions, and other logistical requirements.
  • Support in compiling project-related data and documentation for audits and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced project environment.
