Job Title:
Spa Operations Manager

As a Spa Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the spa's operations, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes leading and guiding the spa team to maximize revenue opportunities and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main Objectives:

The following are the main objectives that the Spa Operations Manager will be expected to accomplish:

  • Lead and manage the spa team to achieve operational excellence and ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and meet budget targets.
  • Implement effective quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the spa environment.
  • Manage spa inventory and ordering systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to secure best-in-class products and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote cross-selling opportunities and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree or certification in Hospitality, Wellness, or Business Management is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar luxury resort operational role is essential.
  • Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Familiarity with spa operations management systems and processes is an asset.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
