Key Job Responsibilities:

Operational Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all operational functions, including procurement, production, quality assurance, and service delivery, ensuring compliance with international standards (HACCP, ISO)
  2. Monitor financial performance, implement cost-saving measures, and ensure profitability through effective budget management
  3. Lead the company in adopting innovative technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  4. Ensure that infrastructure, equipment, and resources are effectively maintained and optimized for long-term use
  5. Review and approve major contracts, agreements, and partnerships to safeguard the company's interests

People and Organizational Development Responsibilities:

  • Build a high-performing executive team by recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top talent
  • Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies that promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusivity
  • Facilitate leadership development programs to nurture future leaders within the organization
  • Ensure the company complies with labour laws and fosters a safe, supportive workplace environment
