Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train Front Office staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide top-quality service.

  • Assist in planning and implementing training programs for all Front Office employees.

    ">
  • Ensure that all Front Office areas are clean and well-maintained, and that standards of quality and safety are met.

  • Maintain full knowledge of hotel systems, including Property Management and Call Centre computer systems.

    ">
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a motivational working environment within the department.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 2 years similar experience in 5-star resorts.

    ">
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

    ">
  • Good computer and writing skills.

    ">
  • Previous Opera experience.

    ">
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

    ">
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
