Main Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the front office team to ensure excellent service delivery to guests.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve front office efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of guest complaints and feedback.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel policies, procedures, and services.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in hospitality.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
