About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Communications Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in marketing and communications, with a proven track record of driving brand awareness and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including media, influencers, and partners.
  • Provide strategic guidance on branding and PR strategies to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in an ultra-luxury resort setting.
  • Proven track record of success in driving brand awareness and revenue growth through effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
