The Head of Marketing plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organization's marketing strategy to elevate its brand, drive demand generation, and support commercial growth across global markets.

This involves leading a team, defining positioning, managing campaigns, and tying marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to pipeline and revenue.

Leadership

Ensuring the effective achievement of marketing objectives through department leadership, setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, and providing feedback and appraisals to maximize performance.

Developing a 6-12 month marketing strategy aligned with business objectives in key areas such as Drone Technologies, AI Solutions, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) Services, and Digital Transformation Solutions.

Budget Management

Implementing marketing plans to optimize profitability and growth based on market analysis, projections, and tariff considerations.

Content Creation & Online and Offline Marketing

Planning and managing offline events, exhibitions, conferences, and seminars. Overseeing online presence, including website, search engine optimization/search engine marketing, and performance metrics.

Driving thought leadership through white papers, case studies, blogs, videos, newsletters, and webinars. Managing social media strategies across platforms.

Policies and Compliance

Developing and overseeing the implementation of marketing policies, systems, processes, and controls to ensure activities are aligned with industry standards.

Ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental policies to guarantee employee safety and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5+ years experience in B2B & B2G marketing.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Holistic understanding of the organization's product offerings.

A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Additionally, 5+ years of experience in B2B & B2G marketing is necessary for this role.
