Job Title: Chief Trading Officer

This is a highly sought-after position that demands exceptional leadership and commercial acumen.

We are seeking an accomplished trading professional to lead our chromite and gypsum sales operations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing our commercial strategy.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
  • You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, while identifying new market opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Development: Identify and develop new markets and clients for chromite and gypsum.
  2. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  3. Market Trend Analysis: Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure the smooth execution of contracts.
  5. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in mineral trading or sales, with a focus on international markets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms and international trade practices.
