Hotel Sales Manager Position

Our hotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Hotel Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth for the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closure.
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
