Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cashier and Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

About the Role:

  • You will be the first point of contact for customers, greeting them warmly and ensuring they have an excellent shopping experience.
  • Maintain full knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies regarding payment and exchange, security practices, and stock levels.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining an organized and well-stocked store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards, and participating in stockroom organization tasks.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but not necessary if you have relevant work experience.
  • You must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
  • A can-do attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences are crucial for excelling as a Sales Associate.
