Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead and manage all engineering operations during the pre-opening phase.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth establishment of the hotel's technical infrastructure, equipment, and systems, guaranteeing that all facilities are ready for operation on the opening day.

This is a hands-on management role requiring strategic planning and a proactive approach to facility maintenance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the setup, installation, and commissioning of all hotel systems and technical infrastructure.
  • Ensure that all engineering works are completed according to plan and in compliance with local codes and regulations.
  • Lead the coordination of contractors and vendors for all engineering-related projects.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as an Engineer or Engineering Manager in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
