Job Description:

We are looking for a talented individual to host and serve all guests at our bar, ensuring they have an outstanding drinking and dining experience. The ideal candidate will be able to create lasting memories and build relationships with our guests by using their personal flair and style when interacting with them.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Sales Experience: Meet sales and spend forecasts, driving a rounded sales experience using selling skills as trained.
  • Inventory Management: Close follow-up and completion of opening and closing procedures and checklists for the bar, obtaining a manager signature.
  • Guest Safety: Serve alcohol responsibly and report any concerns to duty manager immediately.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing their dedicated working areas and delegating tasks where appropriate.

Qualifications:
  • Cocktail Knowledge: Knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
