We're seeking a seasoned Sales & Marketing Director who can lead our team to success with strategic thinking, innovative ideas, and exceptional leadership skills.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales & Marketing Director. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans that drive occupancy, increase average rates, and boost volume sales in food, beverage, and banquet services.
You will lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they meet their targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve maximum occupancy, rate, and revenue growth.
- Lead a sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to drive results.
- Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales reports to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop marketing campaigns, and execute promotional activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners to build trust and loyalty.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales and marketing, with direct supervisory experience over a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of local businesses, trends, and markets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
