Key Responsibilities:
  1. Broaden sales and revenue growth opportunities by fostering relationships with key decision-makers, agents, and distributors.
  2. Coordinate follow-up on order status and resolve technical or commercial queries in conjunction with the technical/project team and manager.
  3. Supervise booking metals at the London Metal Exchange based on sales orders, in coordination with finance.
  4. Manage payment processing with finance and logistics departments for payments and delivery.
  5. Cultivate customer compliance with payments and oversee smooth transfers of goods and after-sale services if required.

Sales Strategist will also be responsible for:

  • Planning and prioritizing activities such as prospecting calls, customer appointments, care visits, follow-up calls, training, demonstrations, and internal meetings.
  • Submitting sales quotations and negotiating with customers to convert inquiries into sales orders.
  • Coordinating internally with planning and technical departments for processing inquiries and sales orders, ensuring timely execution.
Job Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing, or Diploma in Marketing, Commerce, or Economics is preferred.
