Enterprise Customer Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and providing exceptional support to ensure their success.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute customized plans to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Identify and communicate customer needs and pain points to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver engaging content and experiences that meet customer needs.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure customer success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
