Role Overview
The Enterprise Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of customers in a specific geographic region and identifying growth opportunities or renewal risks in coordination with Sales.
Key responsibilities include elaborating and coordinating complex projects in interaction with developers, IT managers and decision makers from various industries.
The candidate should have excellent presentation skills with the ability to guide a conversation about complex software and experience building and improving internal processes while maintaining timely delivery to customer-related projects.
We are looking for a true team player capable of interacting with all departments and at all levels, both internally and externally.
We appreciate candidates with knowledge of agile methodologies and proficiency in multiple languages including Spanish and Portuguese alongside an excellent command of English.
