Business Development Role Overview

The Reputed Company is seeking an experienced HVAC Business Growth Specialist to drive business expansion in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry.

This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and market trends. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and expanding market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Sales:
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate target markets.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and project managers.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to develop tailored HVAC solutions for customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Ability to develop strategic business plans and execute them effectively.
  • Knowledge of HVAC products, HAP, Ducting, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software/SAP.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
