Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Project Estimator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for civil engineering projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.

  • Create comprehensive project estimates and manage cash flow to maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to ensure that all financial aspects align with construction timelines and project goals.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and securing the best possible terms.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure that work is being carried out to the agreed specifications and standards.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to stakeholders, detailing financial status, project progress, and any issues that may arise.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and implement best practices in quantity surveying.
