Job Title

Senior Administration Officer

Job Overview

This role requires a professional to oversee operational, HR, and marketing activities of the company. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operational support to the business and supports core company activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise administration team members and daily office operations.
  • Manage service contracts, government submissions, company registration renewals.
  • Liaise with government entities (e.g., Ministry of Labour, Municipality).
  • Review and approve documentation before submission to external parties.
  • Prepare reports, assist with budgeting, and monitor administrative costs.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and logistics.
Administrative Operations
  • Facilitate the company's procurement requirements.
  • Assist with marketing and positioning requirements for the company.
  • Prepare RFPs (Requests for Proposal).
  • Support procurement and vendor evaluation processes.
  • Assist in drafting Arabic letters.
  • Support departmental logistics as needed.
  • Handle billing tasks, internal memos, and reporting.
  • Liaise with external contacts including local authorities and partner organizations to support smooth administration.
HR Support Responsibilities
  • Assist HR Manager with necessary HR requirements.
  • Coordinate with PROs for employee visa processing, renewals, and labor cards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Administration or a related field.
