Becoming a Senior HR Business Partner means driving strategic initiatives in Oman, leading HR operations and partnering closely with business leaders and regional HR teams to deliver impactful HR solutions, ensure legal compliance, and drive employee engagement across field and office locations.

This role serves as a key advisor on workforce planning, performance, employee relations, and cultural alignment.

Responsibilities include acting as the focal point for all product lines in Oman, aligning HR support with operational priorities, conducting regular face-to-face meetings, overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, collaborating with leaders on workforce planning, succession, and organizational design, managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with Oman Labour Law.

The successful candidate will also partner with global HR teams on compensation, mobility, talent management, and learning programs, drive employee engagement initiatives, support a culture of inclusion and performance, analyze HR data and metrics, support internal audits, investigations, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

A strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, solid understanding of Oman Labour Law and regional HR practices, strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities, high level of emotional intelligence, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.

Furthermore, qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Law, 8-15 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a business partnering role, and experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or similar sectors.
