About the Position:

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with industry standards.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate and monitor employee training and development programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, evaluations, disciplinary actions, and attendance.
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
  • Manage payroll inputs and attendance tracking in coordination with the finance team.
  • Support internal communication initiatives and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and organizational standards.
  • Prepare HR reports, statistics, and metrics for management review.
  • Provide guidance to supervisors and team leaders on basic HR issues and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the hotel, hospitality, or service industry.
  • Good knowledge of labor law, HR processes, and employment best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
