Responsibilities and Expectations

The Sales Executive at Gargash Motors & General Trading will be responsible for:

  • Conducting sales processes in a professional manner that is both service-oriented and reflects the brand image.
  • Building strong relationships with prospective buyers and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process.
  • Approaching, greeting, and helping customers entering the showroom according to the brand image.
  • Qualifying customers and building relationships to undertake in-depth needs analyses and provide trust and confidence to customers.
  • Explaining vehicle performance, product details, features, and benefits according to the sales process.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance sales efficiency and increase generated revenue.
  • Maintaining CRM systems to manage lists of new and existing customers as per the sales funnel.
  • Offering and accompanying customers in test driving vehicles according to the test drive process.
  • Ensuring smooth completion of sales contracts associated documents.
  • Introducing finance, insurance, and lease products during the sales process.
  • Facilitating that relevant departments receive sufficient customer information for a smooth hand-over.
  • Facilitating that relevant paperwork, car registration, and/or insurance documentation is completed according to distributor policies.
  • Organizing the handover of vehicles according to distributor policy.
  • Introducing customers to the after-sales department.
  • Handling customer complaints tactfully and promptly according to distributor policies and escalating difficult cases immediately.
  • Using various methods (e.g., telephone, email, visit) to acquire and follow up on prospective customers and compile customer contract reports.
  • Ensuring regular and prompt updates of customer databases and records to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sharing knowledge and best practices about respective specialized products or product groups with the rest of the sales team.
  • Gaining knowledge on dealership and competitor products, features, and accessories and updating this regularly.
  • Uploading company values throughout business practices and utilizing sound judgment in decision making.
  • Performing any other additional duties as may be required by management based on the needs of the business.
