Lead Data Science Vision

We are seeking an accomplished data science professional to oversee the development and implementation of our data-driven strategies. As the Head of Data Science, you will lead a dynamic team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

  • Cultivate and execute a comprehensive data science strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data-driven solutions and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain complex machine learning models and algorithms.
  • Bridge technical teams and business units, presenting key findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging trends and advancements in data science and technology.

Requirements:
  • A Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in data science and analytics, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in machine learning, data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying models into production and working with big data technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, focusing on talent development.
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for driving business outcomes through data insights.
