- Responsible for bookings, generating proposals, contracts, issuing confirmations, and follow-up processes with all assigned MICE customers.
- Ensure all lead requests are handled according to policy and within the designated timeframe.
- Actively follow up on sent offers based on guest requirements.
- Prepare offer letters tailored to guest needs, ensuring company standards are met.
- Personalize and execute events for Meeting planners.
- Maintain timely and responsive communication with all accounts and prospects.
- Assess group business to maximize contribution from available public spaces, generating room revenues while achieving Meetings and Events budgets.
- Yield all leads before sending out the offer letter, including venue assignment and rates, seeking necessary approvals.
- Manage and update Sales and Catering PMS in accordance with company policies and standards.
- Refer bookings that cannot be confirmed to sister properties.
- Supervise and communicate with Meetings and Events Operations during events to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Seek feedback on rates, availability, and offer letters from department heads.
- Be fully aware of available hotel equipment.
- Provide functional assistance and guidance to the Meetings and Events Operations team.
- Comply fully with hotel credit policies, obtaining pre-payments or approved credit letters for all events.
- Prepare Event Orders per departmental standards and ensure proper distribution.
- Inspect all function areas before events to ensure setup aligns with customer specifications.
