We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to help set up and manage daily operations at our office in Muscat.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to join a dynamic team and make a real impact. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing company documentation and visa processes to maintain compliance and accuracy.

Key responsibilities include coordinating the setup of our new office, managing broker duty schedules and weekly performance reports, monitoring AmoCRM tasks and office expenses, establishing relationships with developers and partner agencies, and organizing site visits, marketing updates, and events.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong multitasking and communication skills, as well as proficiency in CRM and MS Office. Fluency in English and Russian is essential, with Arabic being an asset.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our brokers to provide exceptional customer service.
