About the Role

We are seeking an experienced financial institution governance specialist to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures for our Islamic Window. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures framework for the Islamic Window;
  2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop new documents and review existing ones;
  4. Evaluate the implementation of policies and maintain adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field (5-7 years of experience preferred);
  • In-depth knowledge of policies, procedures, and operations of Islamic Financial Institutions;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
