Job Title: Training Officer

This role is responsible for creating and delivering training programs to enhance the skills of employees and managers in a shared service environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in training operations, facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills. They should be able to analyze learning and development needs, design courses, and evaluate their effectiveness.

  • Develop and deliver training content and materials for front-line staff in distributor and retail branches.
  • Conduct competency testing as required.
  • Actively promote equal opportunities and diversity in accordance with company policy.

The successful candidate will work closely with HR Shared Service Centre teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5 years' experience in training operations.
  • Facilitation skills.
  • Coaching skills.
  • Influencing skills.
  • Learning and development needs analysis.
  • Courseware design understanding.
