  1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's overall business goals and support our manufacturing operations.
  2. Develop recruitment strategies to attract talent for our manufacturing base, considering local labor markets and cultural differences.
  3. Develop and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and aligns with business objectives and provide guidance and support to line managers and employees on performance management and employee development
  4. Assess training needs and implement training programs tailored to the needs of our employees.
  5. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, work permits, and visa requirements
  6. Oversee international payroll, benefits, and compensation plans, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with local laws. Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  7. Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts, in accordance with local labor laws and company policies.
  8. Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making and ensure HR metrics are aligned with business objectives.
  9. Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Key Requirements

1)Bachelor degree and above

2)Language requirement:Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic.

3)Major requirement:Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

4)Work experience requirements: Over 10 years of work experience, including 3 years of relevant work experience for this position.

5)Skills qualification certificate/Award requirements: Strong knowledge of Local labor laws and HR best practices.

6)Soft skill requirements(such as personality/work skills/moral/cultural matching, etc.):High level of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.

7)Other requirements:Strong cultural sensitivity and adaptability to different working environments.
