Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Facilities Engineer. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our office space.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance monitoring and dashboard management
  • Managing building modification projects and new initiatives
  • Establishing specifications, instructions, and procedures
  • Ensuring energetic efficiency and effective service provider management
  • Coordinating building modification procedures and validation
  • Updating and consolidating building plans (technical and production)
  • Ordering spare parts and managing inventory
  • Monitoring consumption and performing weekly system checks
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
  • Good knowledge and competence in electrical engineering
  • Proficiency in technical drawing, design, and structural calculation software (e.g., CAD)
  • Ability to conduct surveys and analyses
  • Knowledge of technical standards on constructions
  • Effective management and organizational skills
  • Skill in problem-solving and communication

You have a strong background in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and you are able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
