About the Role

The Colleagues Accommodation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the host heart of house areas at our resorts, providing exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of HR in rejuvenating the host accommodation, facilities, and public areas under management.
  • Assess amenities and facilities regularly to ensure they align with Six Senses' wellness and sustainability practices.
  • Partner with relevant departments to determine and meet host needs, overseeing the smooth operation of the HOH team.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of resort facilities and services, including room types, locations, and layouts.
  • Administer housekeeping and laundry facilities, ensuring a secure environment for hosts.
  • Foster clear communication between departments to support the smooth running of HOH areas.

Requirements

  • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and more than five years' experience in a similar hotel operational role.
  • Demonstrate an excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Show ability to live in a remote location for extended periods on single status.
