Lead Coffee Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our coffee team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a deep understanding of specialty coffee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality coffee beverages that meet our standards.

• Train and mentor baristas on brewing techniques, latte art, and equipment handling.

• Conduct regular quality checks and calibrations to ensure consistency in taste and quality.

• Innovate and introduce seasonal or signature drinks in collaboration with management.

• Lead by example in creating a positive and motivating work environment.

• Coordinate with the Store Manager to schedule shifts and allocate tasks among baristas.

• Support team members with problem-solving and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.

• Foster meaningful customer relationships by providing personalized and friendly service.

• Educate customers on coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods to enhance their experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent. Certifications in barista skills or coffee brewing are a plus.

• 3+ years of experience as a barista in a specialty coffee environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to train, inspire, and lead a diverse team.
