Sales Manager - Cybersecurity Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive growth and development in our cybersecurity business. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales cycle: encompassing prospecting, needs analysis, solution delivery, deal closure, and post-sales engagement.
  • Maintain a robust customer database and foster long-term relationships by offering ongoing value and building strong references.
  • Drive business growth: identify new opportunities across various verticals by cultivating meaningful connections with enterprise clients, channel partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Partner closely with marketing and technical teams to develop tailored sales campaigns, go-to-market strategies, and joint initiatives with resellers and distributors.
  • Establish and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Engage customers through consultative approach, delivering tailored solutions that address real business challenges, particularly in areas like cybersecurity, zero-trust access, and cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in business development within the cybersecurity sector.
  • A strong background in solution-based selling, including channel sales and partner engagement.
  • A high level of self-motivation, results-driven attitude, and eagerness to succeed; someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A team player with high levels of integrity and passion for achieving ambitious targets.
