**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to oversee all administrative and operational tasks within the office. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring smooth communication among team members.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage employee schedules and organize company events.
- Oversight of day-to-day operations such as mail distribution and office maintenance.
- Create and implement office policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in office management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. You must also have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently. Proficiency in English is preferred but not required.
