Job Title: Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships to drive sales growth and revenue. This includes building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and research.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet client needs and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to launch new products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and building trust.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a hospitality or travel industry setting.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and develop tailored sales strategies to meet client needs and goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in sales and account management or hospitality management.
- Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish or Mandarin.
