Crew Management Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Crew Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of crew management, including visa processing, document verification, and training enrollments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Main Duties
- Manage visa processing and document verification for joining crew members.
- Oversee training enrollments and ensure personnel meet necessary certifications and requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ShipSure Crewing.
- Provide administrative support to the Crew Cell team.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree from any field.
- Strong computer operating skills, including word processing and spreadsheet experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
