About the Job

As a seasoned construction expert, you will oversee project operations from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Your key responsibilities include managing project scope, budget, and schedule, as well as maintaining positive cash flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project operations from design to financial sign-off
  • Ensure cost/budget control and schedule adherence
  • Generate revenue through project variations and improve project margins
  • Resolve project constraints and manage resources effectively
  • Maintain procurement trackers and coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Prepare RFQs and finalize civil vendor contracts
  • Ensure high-quality construction standards and adhere to industrial regulations
  • Handle security-related projects, including security fences, buildings, and gate foundations
  • Conduct regular site visits and maintain project documentation
  • Manage project cash flow positively and ensure successful project completion
  • Prepare project documents, including method statements, material approvals, and risk matrices
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports, as well as required PPTs for project execution
Requirements
  • Engineering graduate or postgraduate qualification in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in managing major turnkey EPC security projects in the Oil & Gas sector
  • Preferred experience in the Middle East region with a valid Oman driving license
