We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Coordinator. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our Food and Beverage Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Provide secretarial services within the Food and Beverage Division, ensuring adherence to standards, policies, and guidelines set by the local resort.
  2. Document Control: Complete menus, letters, reports, forms, and other documents accurately and on time, and maintain office filing systems.
  3. Communication: Coordinate inter-office and intra-departmental communications, including telephone, paging, and facsimile systems, and interact with guests, employees, management, and owners professionally.
  4. Scheduling: Maintain the Director's schedule and appointments, and handle sensitive matters confidentially and discreetly.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
