Sales Performance
As a Sales professional, you will be responsible for achieving agreed financial targets by maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned Key Accounts.

Achieving profitable sales volume and strategic objectives is crucial to our success. You will proactively lead joint company-strategic project planning, coordinate the involvement of personnel, and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

You will measure project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques, ensuring all assigned sales-related projects are delivered as per KPIs. Stalled opportunities should not exceed 10% of the pipeline. Control escalations by following up with stakeholders to ensure commitments are met.

To achieve customer satisfaction targets and meet all customer requirements, complaints, and demands within SLA, you will need to lead projects to achieve 100% AOP Revenue; manage bad debts, adjustments, and terminations to reduce revenue leakage to less than 5% of overall collectibles.

We are looking for a candidate with a Diploma or BSc Degree in Business, ICT, Information Technology, or a related science field. 3-5 years' experience in sales, customer project management, preferably in Cloud or IT services, with experience from Telco or IT services in B2B contexts, is required. Good financial knowledge with the ability to develop forecasts and business cases is also necessary.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in MS Office, strong presentation, analysis, and concept development skills, and fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic. Excellent customer management, customer orientation, and analytical skills are essential technical skills required for this role.
