
Hotel Sales and Business Development Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to become a Sales Representative with a leading foodservice company in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and establish contact with potential customers proactively to promote products and services.
- Maintain contact with new and existing customers to advertise product sales, deliver account strategies, and respond to sales inquiries.
- Present company products at conferences, customer sites, and exhibitions.
- Meet annual sales goals and targets by maintaining accurate records and delivering effective sales strategies.
- Develop and manage the company's contact database with up-to-date information.
- Deliver presentations, publications, and posters at conferences.
- Produce monthly sales reports and provide valuable insights for product development and enhancement.
- Evaluate and test new product releases to support product development teams.
- Provide feedback on potential customers and members to enhance product functioning and service delivery.
- Foster effective internal communication among sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for upcoming products and development of existing ones.
- Motivate sales staff to share relevant market data for easy retrieval and use.
- Negotiate agreement terms and close sales deals efficiently.
- A degree or at least 2-3 years of experience in customer-associated sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of related experience in sales, preferably with knowledge of food products and customer base.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel software packages.
- A valid driving license in the location where employment will be placed.
