Accounting Position

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced accountant to join our team and contribute to the financial success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Record Keeping: Accurately maintain financial records of all transactions, revenue, expenses, and assets.
  2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets for senior management.
  3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing the hotel's budget and forecasting future revenue and expenses.
  4. Payroll Processing: Manage payroll for hotel staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
  5. Expense Tracking: Monitor and track employee expenses through claims and credit card purchases.
  6. Auditing: Conduct financial audits on cash registers, credit card statements, and bank accounts.
  7. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage timely payments and collections.
  8. Reconciliations: Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of accounting experience with comprehensive knowledge of IDS software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
