About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Director of Marketing to join the opening and Sales & Marketing department at Jumeirah Muscat Bay Resort. This role will support the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and contribute to the growth and success of Jumeirah.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Assist in the management of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed effectively and on time.
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  4. Support the implementation of digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, email campaigns, content marketing, and SEO, to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  5. Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators, and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness.
  6. Communicate marketing plans, progress, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
  7. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior members of the marketing team, fostering their professional growth and development within the organization.

About You

To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with significant experience in a managerial or leadership role.

A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
