This challenging role requires a highly motivated individual who can drive sales growth through strategic planning, customer relationship management, and effective communication. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that meets and exceeds targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Performance Indicators:
The successful candidate will be measured on their ability to achieve sales targets, maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel, and ensure comprehensive coverage of their portfolio. They will also be expected to implement sales objectives, negotiate prices, and establish parameters for transient and group business, meetings, and events. Effective communication with the Events Management Team and other departments is essential in this role.

Requirements:
To succeed in this position, you should have excellent sales skills, a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in sales or a related field is highly desirable, as is proficiency in Opera or a similar system. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills are also essential.
