
Client Relationship Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, as well as experience in managing sales processes from lead generation to closing.
In this role, you will be responsible for building a solid sales pipeline, ensuring timely payments, and meeting new clients to increase the active client pool.
You will also be expected to understand the product in full detail through cross-departmental communication, ensure all calls, meetings, follow-ups are added in CRM for reporting purposes, and take ownership of the sales environment.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies, demonstrate a high attention to detail, and possess a proactive and result-driven approach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage client relationships and provide consistent support
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Ensure timely payments and resolve any outstanding issues
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry
● Proven experience in managing key client accounts and meeting sales targets
Key Qualifications:
● Advanced MS Excel skills for reporting and tracking sales performance
● Strong organisational and negotiation skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
