Project Coordinator Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support the preparation and reporting of project cost budgets, as well as tracking, managing, and reporting project expenditure for robust control throughout all project lifecycle phases.

  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and time-capture functions to ensure accurate and timely capture of costs associated with materials, subcontract, and labor manhour commitments.
  • Maintain awareness of project activities and their impact on the project budget, schedule, and cost forecast through liaison with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a solid understanding of project controls and risk analysis principles.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project budgets using relevant software applications.
  • Monitor cost commitments and expenditures across all project phases.
  • Provide input to project cost performance reports in accordance with project reporting requirements.
  • Support updates to project cost forecasts and monitor overall project cost performance.
