Job Opportunity

The Food and Beverage Assistant Manager position is available in a dynamic F&B environment. This role supports the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations across all outlets, including restaurants, lounges, room service, and events.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure high service standards are maintained
  • Lead the F&B team to deliver exceptional service according to brand guidelines
  • Effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking guests, addressing their needs and expectations
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards consistently
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and development
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations
  • Monitor inventory, support cost control, and assist with stock ordering and management
  • Participate in event planning and execution, banquets, and promotional activities
  • Evaluate compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws
Key Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in supervisory or assistant managerial roles within F&B, preferably in hotels or upscale restaurants
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality operations
  • Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Degree in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management preferred
