About the Position:

A dynamic organization is seeking a Workforce Development Manager to join their HR team. This role will involve managing HR functions, including talent management, training, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
  2. Manage change initiatives within the organization.
  3. Negotiate with trade unions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  4. Maintain positive employee relations through regular communication and support.
  5. Plan and manage workforce requirements to meet business needs.
  6. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, including strategic and operational roles.

Requirements:
  • Proven background in HR generalist functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidates must be willing to take on hands-on responsibilities.
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner is highly desirable.
